Excellence all around

Staff polite, professional, caring, and completed job over and above expectation. Fast service. Mike was courteous, prepared, and very professional, and even asked if he should lock up or if we needed anything else. He changed smoke detector battery and fixed a slow draining drain. Excellent staff.

Mike did an outstanding job with the maintenance in my apartment. He replaced the fan motor in my upstairs bathroom, fixed the blades on my bedroom ceiling fan, replaced the flush seal in the upstairs bathroom, and even took the time to clean up mildew while he was there. He was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home from start to finish. He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly.
