My two year stay at Braxton Apartments was ruined by two things. One being the staff and two being the renters. The staff does minimal work at best. They’re not good and they’re not bad. Most of the people that rent there are good people, but there are a couple that literally terrorize all of the good people. During my two years, I tried to get the staff to do something about these people who terrorized everyone else the staff would do nothing because they did not want to get involved. My heat went out in the dead of Winter mid January and I was brought a small space heater to make up for it. My air-conditioning went out in the dead of summer and I was brought a window unit to make up for it. By no stretch of the imagination what I suggest anyone to rent here for the price they have set. Mind you it’s not the worst apartment complex in the area, but is in no way shape or form the best. From keeping in contact with my friends who live in the area, the menace who plagues Braxton Apartments still lives there and Braxton continues to do nothing. Like I said, there are worse apartment complexes and better Apartment complexes, but for the price do not go with Braxton Place

January 2024: Similar problem with the same sink drain pull. Ethan made a quick repair and I think we'll be done with that sink for good! Thanks again Ethan. April 2023: Ethan had to repair a broken sink drain pull and ended up having to replace the whole assembly under the sink since it was the 2nd (maybe 3rd) time it had occurred in 4 years. He had all the parts on hand and accomplished the job efficiently - thanks Ethan! February 2023: Charles was back after ordering a part to finish up work under my kitchen sink. It took a couple of trips to the workshop, but thanks to his hard work he accomplished the task and my problem is 90% resolved - I'm very pleased. October 23, 2022: I had to have the knob replaced on my dryer. It had to be ordered and fortunately it arrived a couple of days early. Charles did a quick, efficient job - thanks again! March 29, 2022: The bulbs in my kitchen ceiling globe light had to be replaced last week which entailed removing not only the globe but the surrounding base, of course, which I’m sure pulled down bits of the popcorn ceiling material. I was not home when the work was done, but when I returned there was not a speck of material on my floor or rug. I found out that Charles had done the work – great job, Charles! Thanks so much. I had blinds replaced in my living room window and the job was done while I was out and not able to remove the small Christmas decorations I had on the sill. John did his work neatly and the items were just as I had left them! Thank you so much. Happy New Year to a great Braxton Staff. May 1, 2026: Mike did a quick job in replacing a bulb in my kitchen light fixture. Thanks Mike!
