Awesome team!!!!

I’d like to write a 0 star review if I could. WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. 1 they never answer the phone so don’t count on that you’ll need to go into the office. 2 they did not clean my apartment prior of me moving in, I had to do that which was nasty. 3 I was not even a month behind had the funds on the 22nd and the office told me I needed to pay two months? Tell me how that’s legal. But I was able to come up with both months and they wouldn’t take my money? They wouldn’t take my money lol. 4 The walls in the apartment are very thin, you’ll hear everything from your neighbors no privacy. Oh oh and 5 they have a “three strike policy and your out” lord forbid your going through a hardship, yeah they won’t help. Doesn’t matter if you’re actually communicating with the office which is what I did. they say one thing and it’s a totally different story the next conversation you have with them especially with Tyler. Patrick he was okay but basically still a bait and switch with them both. They clearly didn’t care to notate anything of the conversations I’ve had with them. Parking sucks to not much of it. Do better.

I’ve lived here 2 years and truly love it. It’s well kept, clean, and quiet. Mike from maintenance is amazing and always resolves any issues I have quickly, and the office staff has always been wonderful. I definitely recommend this place.

The office staff consistently goes above and beyond. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely kind every time we interact with them. We’ve lived here for over two years, and their support and positivity are a big reason we’ve loved living here. We truly appreciate everything they do!!! The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing as well!!! Truly couldn’t ask for a better crew!

The staff of Braxton Place has been nothing short of great to us the 2 years we have lived here. Property manager, leasing consultant, and maintenance has always been so helpful and friendly with us. Its been super refreshing.

Mike was great!
