Super fast and easy, Mike was great

Chauncey and his team always get the maintenance jobs done well and in a timely fashion.

One of the things I appreciate most about living here is the prompt response to apartment issues. Both management and maintenance are excellent at what they do. The apartments are located in a safe and quiet area, and they are well maintained. Mike, a member of the maintenance team, is especially professional, skilled, and responsive to residents’ needs. When I had an issue with one of the folding doors in my apartment, he resolved it within a few hours of submitting my maintenance request. Braxton Place is truly a great place to live.

Staff polite, professional, caring, and completed job over and above expectation. Mike was courteous, prepared, asked before completing a step, and even asked if he should lock up. I liked him

I want to give a huge shoutout to Mike who was able to install a new oven for our apartment on Dec. 23rd. It meant the world to us that we were able to cook a warm meal for Christmas. Mike is also extremely patient and kind when my 7-year-old son tries to bother him during his work day to strike up a conversation. So thank you Mike, for making our time at Braxton Place just that much more pleasant.
