The maintenance team is so wonderful, especially Mike!!! He is very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever something stops working or breaks (which doesn’t happen often), I am relieved knowing he will be there soon to help!
Had Mike come change an impossibly high smoke detector in my apartment. Put in the work order at 1:30 am and he was there right after the office opened the same morning. He was also very sweet to my dog which earns my respect! Great staff all around!
The maintenance men are great especially Mike. They always come in a very timely manner and make sure to get the job done correct! Chauncey is also extremely good at what he does and fixed my sink perfectly!
Mike is always very helpful whenever we need something fixed or looked at he is quick to come check it out. Mike and everyone at the braxton place apartment complex is very helpful.

I really loved living here. The maintenance team was great and friendly. The office staff was always helpful. But now that we've moved out all of the courtesies are gone. I knew moving out that we would be billed for carpet replacement and that's fine, I understand. However, they billed us for the damage done to the blinds from the past resident. We recorded the damage on our move in sheet so when I called they were very apologetic and took those damages off. When I went to pay the bill it's still saying we owe on the blinds and all of the sudden I can't get in contact with anyone. I've called repeatedly, left voicemails, written emails, but nobody has gotten back to me. Very disappointing.
Living at Braxton Place Apartments was good overall — the apartments themselves were nice and the area was convenient. However, my experience with management after moving out was extremely frustrating. I had called and emailed multiple times over a few weeks trying to get clarification about move-out charges and had not received an answer or a call back til a month later. I eventually went ahead and paid the charges that same day after I finally got an answer from management— only to find out two weeks later that they had already sent me to collections for “nonpayment.” It made no sense, because I had already paid and had been trying to reach them multiple times beforehand. Once I received the collections letter, it took four more calls and an email before I finally got a call back. When I did get through, they confirmed that they had made an error and said they would dispute the charges with the debt company. Even when Tyler had promised to send a confirmation email later that day; It still took nearly a week after that to get any kind of email confirmation that the issue was being handled. The whole situation was incredibly frustrating. The apartments themselves are fine, but the lack of communication and poor management after move-out completely ruined the experience.
Quiet, clean, maintenance has been very professional and quick to address any small issues. I want to thank Mike for his great work! The best maintenance!
